General Thoughts:

I used the HyperX Alloy FPS for at least a month and really enjoyed the experience… typing feel, sound and even the look of it was great. I have a red and white set up so the LEDs suited it at the time, I’d still like an RGB tenkeyless version though. So I had high hopes for this new Elite version… especially because it has dedicated media keys.

Unfortunately, it appears the quality has gone down a bit. It’s still mostly good, but the key caps and feel just isn’t quite there. I say that because I switched some key caps around and while it did improve it, it still wasn’t quite as good as the FPS. I don’t know the reasoning, that’s just my experience. Still a very good key board, but personally I think the Alloy FPS is better.
