Hand Size Guide

These are not exact measurements, only use them as a rough guide:

  • Palm 16-18.5cm / 6.3-7.3″
  • Claw 16.5-19.5cm / 6.5-7.7″
  • Fingertip 17-20cm / 6.7-7.9″

General Thoughts:

This mouse has a lot of the right specs, so I hope we see more like this from Mad Catz (top optical sensor, Omron switches, 90g, etc). The shape is the biggest factor here… and while it might be comfortable and great for some, it just doesn’t suit me. It’s good that they have some customization, but I didn’t really find a use for it. So it’s not for me, but if you like these kinds of mice, this one is quite good.

The more appealing mouse is the RAT 1, because it’s super light weight and small… unfortunately it has some issues, and the sensor makes it unusable in game. I’d love to test one with a good sensor, because I’d like to know how much “mouse” we really need in our hands to play well. So Mad Catz… maybe something to think about!

Lastly, I forgot to add the comparison picture to the video review, so here it is:
