G Pro X Superlight

General Thoughts

When choosing a gaming mouse, would you want a shape you prefer or lower weight?

That's what I wanted to know when I went into doing this review. Shape is king but only compared to worse shapes. If they're equal, the choice is easy. If they're not equal, it becomes more complicated ... how much better does a shape need to be to make us choose a heavier mouse?

Logitech gave the G Pro Wireless a huge reduction, from 80g down to 60g. It was really obvious I was playing better with the lower weight. But compared to a better shape?

That was the tough question. Check the video for the explanation!

Other than that ... cable isn't great, but it's wireless so no big deal, and it doesn't use USB Type C, again ... not a big deal. The features are what we've come to expect from Logitech, so if you are familiar with the G Pro Wireless, you'll take to the G Pro X without much trouble... just give yourself time to adjust to the lower weight!
