General Thoughts
It's called a gaming mouse but it's not the kind of gaming I do. MMOs, MOBAs maybe or whatever game needs a lot of buttons. It's great for productivity though with a lot of possible shortcuts along with the infinite scroll wheel. Plus it runs on actual batteries, which combined with the HERO sensor gets you a ridiculously long battery life. I've heard some people don't need to change battery for 6 months! Lower the polling rate to 500Hz and get even more. The official amount is said to be up to 240 hours of actual use, so yeah it's amazing what they do with gaming grade wireless now.
The performance is solid, which is why I think they call it a gaming mouse. It's the shape and weight that make me question it. As always, it's personal preference. My one real complaint about it is that back right side ... just over designed and not comfortable at all. Totally unnecessary design choice that actually hinders my grip.
