Kone Pro Air

General Thoughts

If you liked the Roccat Kone series, this may be worth a look, because it's in between the large and the small versions of it, perhaps going for the "one size fits all" thing. Very similar shape but not the same. Same elements like the thumb rest and flared out right side, but I would say less extreme, more refined. It's pretty clear they've taken feedback from players and made the shape "safer", so now more people will be able to enjoy it. Is it the perfect mouse? No, there's no such thing. Could it be perfect for you? For now, maybe, depends what you like. Everything seems pretty decent on it, usual Roccat quality, nothing ground breaking, but nothing game breaking either, just a pretty solid entry into the market.

Criticisms would be the buttons feel a bit "hollow" on the clicks still, the cable is good but could be a bit more flexible, and while the shape is good, I don't think it's the best for aim, personally.

Took me a while longer to get this wireless version on the site because my first copy had some really weird issues. Finally got a replacement and tested, seems all good now!
