Xtrfy was trying to get the button height as low as possible, to the point they moved the USB connection to the back of the mouse. Really cool ideas. That said, I think they missed a bit with this, because with the length, to take advantage of it, you're going to need hands that are about 20cm long and 9cm wide, so really long fingers are needed to get to that low button height, otherwise, the fingertips are going to end next to the wheel. The button height is still low, but it's not as low as it could have been if the mouse wasn't as long.
Other than that, usual Xtrfy quality, although their buttons aren't as good as what's on the MZ1 for some reason, might be shell design, might be switch quality, not sure, but even the wheel encoder doesn't feel as good to me. They might be heading in a different direction to what I like though, everyone has preferences, but yeah check the video sound test to hear what I'm talking about.
Good mouse, worth a look, but probably going to fit a niche. I thought about saying it's medium due to the grip width, but it actually flares at the base which is a bit misleading, I'd say it's small by feel.
